When buying a new track, the ghost producer and client will sign a contract agreement before and after the track making process.
After signing the first contract, the client will pay a first payment (50% of the price of the pack he choosed).
A few days after the first payment, the ghost producer will send a preview of the track (work in progress – 1 drop & 1 breakdown) to the client.
Then the client can decide to ask the ghost producer to keep working on the track and ask for modifications, or ask for a money return if the idea is not suiting.
If the client asks for modifications and decides to ask the ghost producer to keep working on the track, he can not ask for a money return afterwards.
During the track making process, the client can ask for modifications (number of modifications offered by the pack chosen).
⚠️ Modifications can longer the track making process and then delay the delivery of the track and pack (a few days).
When the track is finished and approved by the client, the ghost producer and the client will sign a second contract (same than the first one but with the track name included).
After signing the second contract, the client will pay the last payment (last 50% of the price).
As soon as the money is sent, the ghost producer will send the pack to the client via one of the file transfer platforms previously choosen by the client (WeTransfer, Dropbox, MEGA…).
